Booking Policy

Appointments are limited and intentionally spaced to allow for personalized, one-on-one care.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will automatically be charged 25% of the scheduled service.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice will automatically be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Emergencies

I understand that life happens. Fees may be waived in the case of genuine emergencies—please reach out.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest. Full service fees still apply.

New Clients

A valid card may be required to reserve your first appointment.

Packages & Series

Packages are valid for a set period (if applicable) and are intended for consistent use. Missed appointments may result in a forfeited session.
